Mr. Leong Chiew Keong (Partner) is a graduate from the University of Leicester, England. He has been practising in Kuala Lumpur for approximately 20 years since being admitted to the Malaysian Bar as an Advocate & Solicitor. He has extensive banking and insolvency expertise. His work encompasses the negotiation and documentation of all asset based financial transactions including company and property acquisition, regional joint ventures, project fund raising and financing. He also has considerable experience in litigation involving his spheres of expertise.

Miss Siti Nurbaya Dato' Mohd Bisharuddin (Partner) is a graduate from the International Islamic University of Malaysia. She has been practising in Kuala Lumpur for approximately 17 years since being admitted to the Malaysian Bar as an Advocate & Solicitor. She specialises in the negotiation and drafting of security instruments for financial institutions, setting up business deals involving private companies, documenting off the balance sheet funding, guarantees and comfort letters. She also advises in insolvency as well as foreclosure proceedings. She is frequently engaged in training key support staffs for financial institutions. Miss Maslina Noorzali (Partner) is a graduate from the International Islamic University of Malaysia. Miss Chong Kah Yan (Partner) is a law graduate from the Multimedia University of Malaysia. She specialises in negotiations with government authorities, structuring and financing privatisation projects, conducting due dilligence, preparing and processing applications for government approvals and dealing with national regulatory matters. She currently advises major investment banks on financing and cross border trade within ASEAN region.
Mr. Danny Ng Sai Kuen (Partner) is a graduate from the University of Leicester, England. He has a long history of experience counseling clients in resolving corporate regulatory compliance matters and in interrelated corporate land acquisition practice area. He represent clients in obtaining development permits, development plan amendments, zone changes and negotiating development
Associate Intellectual Property Advisor Mr Stephen Khaw Tien Chye (with effect from 1/4/2008) is a Registered Patent and Trademark Agent and holds a B.A Agriculture Science (University Malaya), Masters Degree in Science from Cranfield (U.K) and LL.B (Hons) from University of London. He specialises in intellectual property matters, particularly trademark and litigation flowing from trademark infringements. He has strong scientific background where patent rights issues are concerned. He was a legal counsel and corporate adviser to a public listed company in Malaysia for many years before joining the firm.
